Shipping
Most all of our items are built to order. We post wait times on those items on the description page. We utilize UPS and USPS for all of our shipments. Signature confirmation will be required on all shipping services for any order over $100. unless waived by costumer at time of purchase or by email request. Tracking is standard on all shipments, We never ship kamikaze. We currently do not offer international shipments outside of the U.S.A. on armor however we do ship our products to A.P.O. addresses. We do not ship body armor to CT unless directly to L.E. or municipalities. Customers with delivery deadlines must choose UPS next day air, 2 day air, or 3 day select as these are the only guaranteed methods of shipping offered by UPS, and will only apply to in stock items and ONLY after speaking to a sales rep to assure stock availability. Customers who make orders for next day that do not speak to a sales rep will be put in regular shipping and refunded the difference. Some customers, because of weight, dimensions, or shipping destination will find UPS to be cost prohibitive and we suggest choosing USPS priority as the alternative if available. There are instances where UPS and USPS will delay the shipment of a package due to unforeseen events. If your shipment is delayed beyond its scheduled delivery time by our carrier, not limited to and including initial pick up of the package, we will not be able to refund and shipping or expediting charges. Please be aware neither UPS or USPS have an guarantees on ground deliveries.
